Mixer in many industries will be used, its structure is not actually complex, mainly including cylinder system, mixing system, transmission system, the following is about the mixer of these three systems.

　　1. Cylinder body system: it is composed of cylinder body and accessories, which are used for bearing agitators and supporting components

　　2. Stirring system: the main stirring function is composed of stirring shaft, stirring arm, stirring knife and the lining of the cylinder (wear-resistant lining plate).

　　The mixing system rotates in the opposite direction on the parallel double-horizontal axis, and the direction is not clockwise at the end of the axis towards the head or the right side of the tail. Left side did not run counterclockwise. The stirring arm and scraper on the double horizontal shaft have an interval of 90° or 60° in the axial direction, and the double shaft has a staggered operation of 45° or 60°.

　　3. Transmission system: it is composed of stirring motor, driving wheel and driven wheel, transmission belt, coupling, reduction box and connecting sleeve, chrysanthemum shaft and chrysanthemum sleeve, and protective cover of belt wheel.

　　The main function is to change speed from high speed to low speed by chrysanthemum sleeve drive to two stirring shaft.

　　The three systems of the mixer are the main parts of the structure of the mixer.
